RubyFire Rules

All riders must be under the weight limit of 220 lbs to ride.

All riders must be 4 or older to ride. 

All riders must wear closed toed shoes and full length pants to ride.

RubyFire Equestrian Center only accepts cash or checks.

Rides happen rain or shine. We have a covered arena. In the case of extreme weather or heavy thunderstorms please reach out via text or email to inquire about possible cancelations or rescheduling.

We allow cancellations up until 48 hours before the reserved time. If we are not given 48 hours notice you will still be asked to pay for your ride. 

All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet. RubyFire Equestrian Center can provide helmets. 

All riders must fill out a waiver to ride. Every rider under 18  must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. 

Barn Rules
At RubyFire, we aim to make your visit as comfortable and fun as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create unforgettable barn memories. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these barn rules and confirm that is has been reviewed. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation.
⁃ All riders must wear closed toed shoes and full length pants to ride.
⁃ All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet. RubyFire Equestrian Center can provide helmets.
⁃ All riders must fill out a waiver to ride. Every rider under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.
⁃ All children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them at all times.
⁃ Please clean up after your horse. Stalls and arenas will be cleaned by the staff but you are responsible for cleaning crossties and wash bays and main aisles/ pathways.
⁃ If you open a gate please close it.
⁃ If you turn a light on please turn it off when you are finished.
⁃ Do not leave water faucets running after use. Please always close the handle. This helps prevent leaks and helps our hoses last longer.
⁃ If anything is found broken please let staff know. If you break any tack or equipment please let staff know. You will not be in trouble this just allows us to replace or repair items.
⁃ Do not lunge in an arena where others are riding. If this is necessary please ask all mounted riders for permission. The round pen is always open for lunging. You may lunge in arenas if you have permission or are alone.
⁃ Please do not use anyone else's tack or grooming supplies without permission.
⁃ Please dump the wheel barrel if you use it to clean a stall. This helps eliminate flies in the barn. This does not apply to sweeping a crosstie clean.
⁃ Please do not take hay or shavings without permission.
⁃ Please do not ride in fields with horses in them.
⁃ Always have a halter or bridle on your horse. Hold or tie the horses. Horses must not be loose for any amount of time.
⁃ Please return all tack and grooming supplies to their rightful place after use.
⁃ Please no smoking anywhere on the property
⁃ Drinking alcohol is not allowed

RubyFire Birthday Specific Rules

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel any length Birthday Party in order to receive a partial refund. We require 7 days notice to receive a full refund.

Parties happen rain or shine. In the case of rain parties will be held in the indoor arena.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted anywhere at RubyFire Equestrian Center.

 No smoking of any kind is not allowed while anywhere on the property.

All guests must wear close toed shoes and full length pants to ride.

The party family is responsible for any equipment broken or damaged by any guest at the party. Children must be supervised at all times.

Children are not allowed to be loud, run, scream, or conduct any disorderly behavior of any kind while the horses are present. If children are loud, running, yelling, or otherwise rowdy RubyFire Staff reserves the right to remove the horses from the party area at any time.

 All parents or legal guardians must fill out a waiver before their child is allowed to pet, touch, brush, and/or ride the horses.

All parties require a deposit of 50% of the total party price. This deposit is refundable until 7 days before the party.
